Back on Track
I’ve been not paying attention to what I was eating for the last few months.. I start to gain weight and get sick more often.. Back to healthy stuff & calorie counting starting today 4/4..
I am aiming for alternating calories; 800 and under for the first two weeks. I want to get rid of 5 pounds in 4 weeks..
I will eat mostly veggies, protein & no crap (no sugar, no flour, no soda, no diet stuff etc.). This with lots of water works really well for me..
